There would be an info “i” in the lower right corner, the page would flip and all prefs would be there. If the developer would use iphone conventions for all preferences, no buttons would exist on the “card table” screen. On a larger screen “the fuzziness” of the cards was tolerable.
#Solitaire forever free mac
I have used Solitaire Forever on my Mac … forever. I don’t see that any of the other iPhone solitaire games are as feature complete as this one. If you are a solitaire fan, I can easily recommend this game. These little things should’t be enough to sway you to another program, though. Also the text below the icon contains “…” because “Solitaire Forever” doesn’t fit on the screen. The only thing I dislike about this game is the rules can be a bit hard to follow, there are no pictures or concrete examples explaining gameplay – just a terse but complete set of rules, but I have Google at my fingertips so I can always read somebody else’s description. Also, you can now play the game while you listen to your music. The game works in both landscape and portrait, but I personally find it easier to play in landscape. The new “easy to read” cards are now MUCH more readable. I said if the developer fixed my issues I would revise my statements: I now take it back. I previously wrote a 1-star ranting review about this game. You fixed the problems, and you now have the most playable solitaire with the most games! And it is cheap compared to many of the others. While you could learn from the rules, it is much easier just to let the game show you what the legal moves are. Second, it is absolutely terrific for learning how some of the 150 games work. First, it makes the play very easy when you just want to play and not think too hard. There are rules for each, but what is better is that Solitaire Forever can show you which cards are playable, either when you touch a control, or all the time. And this one has features that make it really playable! First, you can pick from over 150 games. You can listen to your tunes while you play. The card size and readability are now fixed! The regular card are bigger, and you can pick a second readable format. This is my second review of this game, and boy did the author listen to the comments! This is now the BEST solitaire game for the iPhone/iPod touch. Now the best solitaire for iPhone/iPod Touch! Buy this one. In games like Double Klondike and Pyramid, I would like to be able to relax the rules by having an option to draw one or three at a time (in pyramids) or to have infinite re-deals (Double Klondike). I’ve found that there are times where I’m not allowed to move a particular stack of cards in one play, but if I manually split the move up into two moves it will work. (I.e., if the first card in the first foundation is 8C, then you can only start a new foundation with an 8.) In Freecell, the app doesn’t always allow you to move the maximum number of cards from one column in the tableau to another. I thought that the rules stipulated that the first card in an empty foundation has to be the same value as the first card in the first foundation. In Osmosis, you can put any card in foundation 2 (for example) that is up in foundation 1. I’ve only played a few different games, but have some comments about those. I also like that you can relax the rules in the middle of a game without starting a new game. I also like that the interface is intuitive and easy to use. I enjoy the animations, AND the fact that you don’t have to wait for the card animation to finish before the next move.

I find that the game is a lot of fun to use.

App is great fun to use… A few requests and glitches
